Photo-Sonics, Inc. / Instrumentation Marketing Corporation (IMC) are pleased to announce that we have been appointed the exclusive distributor of NAC High-Speed Digital Imaging systems for military and defense applications in the USA.

The relationship between NAC and Photo-Sonics, Inc. goes back several decades during which time the two companies have partnered on a variety of projects. In this latest collaboration, Photo-Sonics, Inc. / IMC will be working closely with NAC over the next 90 days to ensure a smooth transition between the two sales forces. The NAC camera line represents the latest CMOS technology. In particular, the K4 model has truly outstanding sensitivity and image quality.

Photo-Sonics, Inc. is looking forward to providing the same customer service and support for the NAC cameras that it has provided over the years for all of its many instrumentation products.

A few examples of the NAC camera line:

The K4's light sensitivity is unparalleled with a rating of ISO 2400 (color) and ISO 10,000 (monochrome) at 1,000 fps. The Memrecam fx K4 is a fully self-contained, digital, high-speed video system that records brilliant color or crisp monochrome images, with resolutions of up to 1280 X 1024 pixels at 1,000 fps and 1K X 1K at 2,000 fps. Using an advanced CMOS sensor, the K4 captures images at frame rates up to 168,000 fps.

The HSV-500 C3 is a compact, lightweight, high-speed videotape camera system that records up to 43 minutes of high fidelity color images on inexpensive S-VHS or VHS tape in standard NTSC format. The HSV-500 C3 features a 3×1/3” 510×485 CCD image sensor array with incredible light sensitivity, which results in extremely crisp, brilliant color images in environments with low lighting conditions or environments where additional light cannot be added.

The HotShot 512 SC records brilliant color images or crisp monochrome images at resolutions up to 512 X 512 pixels at frame rates up to 5,000 fps. Using its advanced CMOS image sensor, the HotShot 512 sc is capable of recording speeds in excess of 200,000 fps. at reduced resolution. NAC’s HotShot 512 sc system is a self-contained, memory based, fully integrated stand alone instrumentation system. The HotShot 512 sc is an affordably priced, easy-to-use windows based motion analysis tool which utilizes a USB 2.0 interface. Options include onboard memory up to 16GB, Gigabit Ethernet interface, data acquisition port, and much, much more.
